At Lyndell’s Bakery moons have been handmade for over 100 years. Our moons are six varieties of the classic Half Moon (1/2 Vanilla Frosting and 1/2 Chocolate Frosting spread on a gold cake) and our full line is called Moon Madness. The line includes six different combinations of Vanilla and Chocolate frosting on either Gold or Chocolate cake. The Phantom Gourmet annually recognizes Lyndell’s Moons as the “Greatest”.
